Beaver Creek Chophouse

Beaver Creek Chophouse Review

A ski-in ski-out restaurant right at the base of Centennial Lift, the Beaver Creek Chophouse is a favorite people-watching après-ski hangout. The food is hearty—the 18-ounce bone-in rib eye is the most popular plate followed by a decadent spin on comfort food: lobster mac-and-cheese. When the snow is blowing try some of the hot specialty drinks like a Bacardi Colorado Blizzard (rum and coffee) or a Mexican hot chocolate (with Tuaca and hot sauce). You can also select from more than 150 wines and a dozen beers on tap. You didn't hear it here, but show up at 3:30 for the free afternoon champagne toasts during ski season.
