Fodor's Review:
The biggest reason to wait with the lunchtime crowds at California Tortilla is in its namesake -- the massive, overstuffed specialty tortilla. The bestseller at this lively, homegrown, fast-food minichain is the blackened chicken Caesar, but there are lots of favorites. Don't miss the queso, a flavorful cheese dip. It's made in-house and is always served piping hot. Also make sure to test at least a few of the hot sauces -- there are about 50 varieties available.
