The Dupont Circle Hotel Review

With its contemporary furniture, sleek color scheme, and clean lines, the Dupont pulls off Mad Men-chic without so much as a hint of kitsch—along with such amenities as heated bathroom floors, flat-screen TVs, and surprisingly effective noise-blocking windows. The concierge floor, Level Nine, is like a hotel within a hotel, and the bright restaurant has a South Beach-style outdoor seating area overlooking the circle.

A Level Above The Rest
You don't need to know a secret handshake to check into The Dupont Circle Hotel, but the property's in-the-know vibe and superb location makes it feel like you do. A seemingly unlimited selection of hip restaurants, shops, and clubs sit just steps from the front door where a friendly doorman greets you after a long day of exploration. The small but chic rooms balance luxury and contemporary style and boast plush linens, heated bathroom tiles and ergonomic workstations. Bar Dupont, the hotel's cocktail lounge, serves as a destination unto itself; when the weather turns warm, its outdoor area is perfect for politico-watching.
