Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, 4 mi south of downtown Fort Lauderdale and just off U.S. 1, serves more than 21 million travelers a year, and provides free Internet access throughout terminals and concourses through its wireless system. All airport coffee shops have converted to Dunkin' Donuts brand, with regular, flavored, and specialty coffees, plus Dunkin' Donuts. Ongoing expansion has added a terminal, parking, and access roads. Broward County Mass Transit operates bus route No. 1 between the airport and its main terminal at Broward Boulevard and Northwest 1st Avenue, in the center of Fort Lauderdale. Service from the airport is every 20 minutes and begins daily at 5:40 AM; the last bus leaves the airport at 11:15 PM. The fare is $1. Airport Express provides limousine service to all parts of Broward County. Fares to most Fort Lauderdale beach hotels are in the $25 range.
