Fodor's Review:
Don't pass up this elegant restaurant, in an open area at the back of the lobby in the Ocala Silver Springs Hilton. Filet mignon with port sauce and chicken breast stuffed with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes are favorites. The Sunday brunch is a must.
