Since 1948 this family operation, and Cocoa Beach institution, has served astronauts, athletes, politicians, and celebrities a variety of fresh seafood entrées, from swordfish, cobia, and pompano to lobster and shrimp. The common folk also eat up the fresh catches that vary by the season and whim of the sea, but snapper under a creamy seafood sauce is the house specialty. Landlubbers can choose pork chops or steak.
