Fodor's Review:
With a spicy Eastern-tinged flavor that sets it apart from the typical icy-cool minimalism found on Ocean Drive, this all-suites and condo hotel has luxurious Balinese-inspired units done in teak and mahogany. Expect dhurrie rugs, Indonesian fabrics and artifacts, two-poster beds with ziggurat turns, full kitchens with dishwashers (a hard find on Ocean Drive), large baths, and plasma screens. Insulated windows keep the noise of Ocean Drive revelers at bay. Pro: Prime Ocean Drive location, across from beach. Cons: Pricey; rooms lack South Beach sophistication.

BEWARE of dirty rooms and rude employees!

Reservations were made online however we did not even have a reservation until I called to reconfirm weeks later. Upon check-in the front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional, didn't even greet us with a hello. We were sent up to a dirty room with linens on the floor, dirty tables/floors/bathroom, old food lying around, etc. We requested to just leave the hotel but manager Fabian was rude and unaccomodating and informed us he would be charging us for the night stay despite the situation. We DID NOT stay there and DID get charged. Multiple attempts at contacting the GM were ignored so I was forced to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I am a frequent traveler and this makes the NIGHTMARE travel story list!RATING: 1.0
