Fodor's Review:
Meaning Chilean flavors, this eatery serves exactly that: the authentic flavors of Chile's home cooking. The shoe-box locale is too modest to be properly called a restaurant. Display cases and shelves are filled with imported specialty products and homemade pastries. Small tables crowd the rest of the space. A board lists the day's specials, and the menu includes a variety of sandwiches. Machas al Matico, an elongated razor clam of pink flesh served in its own juices, is excellent, as is the traditional pastel de choclo, a sort of cornmeal lasagna. It's hard to find the entrance, at the corner of the mall near S.W. 108th Avenue and S.W. 2nd Street.
