This popular three-story indoor-outdoor mall has three floors of nearly 40 shops that stay open almost as late as its popular restaurants. Typically 1990s chain stores like Victoria's Secret and Gap blend with a few specialty shops like Guayabera World; the space mixes the bustle of a mall with the breathability of an open-air market. Touristy kiosks with cigars, beads, incense, herbs, and other small items are scattered around the ground level, and commercial restaurants and nightlife (Cheesecake Factory, Fat Tuesday, and Paragon Grove 13—a multiscreen, state-of-the-art movie theater with a wine bar and lounge) line the upstairs perimeter. Hanging out and people-watching is something of a pastime here.
