Fodor's Review:

This 16-acre shopping complex overlooking Biscayne Bay has 100 specialty shops, a concert pavilion, tour-boat docks, a food court, outdoor cafés, Latin steak houses, seafood restaurants, and a Hard Rock Cafe. It's open late (until 10 during the week and 11 on Friday and Saturday), and its restaurants stay open even later.
