So you think you can't dance? Don't let that stop you from checking out the Salsa Thursdays here. In addition to authentic Cuban cuisine daily, Mambo's offers live music and free dance lessons some evenings. Mambo's draws raves from a mix of the young and the restless, who love the music and dancing, and families, who insist that even Miami doesn't offer better Cuban cooking. Mojitos from the full bar are lauded, too, but the highest praise goes to desserts from tres leches (cake soaked in evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream) to guava flan.
