These Seven Seas Lagoon inns seem straight out of a Cape Cod summer. The five-story Yacht Club has hardwood floors, a lobby full of gleaming brass and polished leather, an oyster-gray clapboard facade, and evergreen landscaping; there's even a lighthouse on its pier. Rooms have floral-print bedspreads and a small ship's wheel on the headboard. At the Beach Club, a croquet lawn and cabana-dotted white-sand beach set the scene. Stormalong Bay, a 3-acre water park with slides and whirlpools, is part of this club. Both lodgings have "quiet pools," which are secluded and largely kid-free, albeit nondescript. Pros: location, location, location -- it's easy to walk to Epcot and the BoardWalk, and Disney-MGM is a fun, 20-minute ferry ride away. Cons: distances within the hotel -- like, from your room to the front desk -- can seem vast; high-noise factor.
