After perfecting its culinary act in the Tampa Bay area, this Florida-based seafood chain has moved into the Orlando market with a casually elegant eatery that offers seafood from around the world. Anglers (waiters) serve standout dishes like grilled sea bass in a mango sauce, Atlantic tilefish piccata, and pistachio-crusted rainbow trout. Meat-lovers may prefer the boneless pork chops topped with fontina cheese. For the record, there's no bonefish on the menu. It's an inedible gamefish, caught for sport in the Florida Keys.

In a town of over-priced tourist meals, Bonefish Grill is good. The all you can eat shrimp dish is real, locally caught shrimp, not too oily. The fresh fish of the day is refreshing.
On the down side: Parking is a challenge, the interior is drab and dated, and the booth I sat in was not very clean. Oh and the waiter told me his life story.
