$$-$$$, International Drive Area
Fodor's Review:
The 10-story atrium brims with ponds and palm trees, which you can ogle from above as you shoot skyward in sleek glass elevators. Rooms and bathrooms have more floor space than the average Central Florida hotel, plus nice touches like high-speed Internet connections. The new Neu Lotus Spa, with Oriental-style massage and beauty treatments, opened in 2008. Pros: FedEx/Kinkos and Starbucks storefronts on-site, across from SeaWorld; shuttles to Disney ($10 round-trip) and Universal ($14 round-trip). Cons: unless you?re near an elevator it?s a long walk around each floor to reach rooms; need a rental car to reach area shops and restaurants; $8 daily parking fee; shuttles aren't free; many conventioneers afoot.
