Fodor's Review:
Even though the lineage is corporate, the menu here is creative and tasty. The big outdoor dining area, casual style, and the Caribbean cooking draw a crowd: so be prepared for a wait. Meanwhile, you can sip piña coladas and other West Indian delights on a big wooden porch. The food is worth the wait. Start with fried coconut-covered prawns, and move on to the seafood paella or the West Indian-style baby back ribs with a sweet and smokey guava barbecue glaze. Homemade key lime pie is the perfect finish.

Two visits, two completely different experiences

First visit: dinner, the restaurant was jammed and we waited 20 minutes for a table. But service was polite, food came out quickly and quality was excellent. That night would have been rated a 5,4,5,4.5 We enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch two days later. What a difference! The restaurant was empty, the waitress was frazzled and got the order wrong. She went back to the kitchen and brought back one corrected order quickly but the other took 18 minutes. When I complained, a manager came over and was neither concerned not polite. This visit earned a 2, 4, 1, and 1. But I doubt if I'll go back a third time.RATING: 3.0

I ;ove this restaurant. You will wait for a table but its worth it, and you can enjoy a great margahrita while you wait. Our meal was wonderful and I couldn't find fault with the service. The key lime pie has to be tried.RATING: 4.8
