$$-$$$$, Italian, International Drive Area
Fodor's Review:
From the marble-top tables in this Italian restaurant you can view the open kitchen and the wood-burning pizza ovens, which turn out whole-wheat flour pies ranging from pizza salsiccia, with pepperoni and Italian sausage, to pizza formaggio (with Gorgonzola, pecorino, Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic cream). However, this Italian eatery is more noted for steaks that are "flash-seared" to seal in the juices. Other standouts include seafood dishes like New Zealand lobster (flown in daily) and an excellent zuppa di pesce, an Italian seafood stew that is worth its $27.50 price. Worthwhile Italian entrées include chicken parmigiana and veal piccata.
