$$$-$$$$, Eclectic, Central Orlando
Fodor's Review:
Restaurants with great views don't always have much more than that to offer, but this lofty spot on the 28th floor is also a culinary landmark. The menu changes regularly, but there's always a representative sampling of fish, beef, pork, and duck. Dinner offerings may include sea scallops covered in macadamia nuts, Black Angus filet mignon, and even wild boar loin marinated in coconut milk. For an appetizer, try the smoked confit of duck with boursin (a creamy white cheese). For dessert, try the baked apples wrapped in pastry, beggar's-purse style, and topped with caramel sauce.
