This grottolike restaurant and club, with domed ceilings and stone walls, is one of those jumping-by-night, dormant-by-day spots, but the food is good all the time. Cuisines from 21 Latin nations are on the menu, as is a wide selection of South American beers. Good entrée choices include churrasco (grilled skirt steak), puerco asado (roast pork), cumin-rubbed grilled chicken, guava-spiced spare ribs, and an outstanding fried snapper with tomato salsa. Most main dishes come with black beans and rice. Best bets for dessert: the crepes and the mango and guava cheesecakes.
