$$-$$$, Japanese, Epcot
Fodor's Review:
Knife-wielding sushi chefs prepare world-class sushi and sashimi but also excellent beef teriyaki and other Japanese treats good for a full dinner or just a snack. One of the best bets here is the sushi-sashimi combination, which gives you a generous amount of both for the price. Popular rolls include the California roll (crab, avocado, and cucumber), Mexican roll (shrimp tempura), and the bagel roll (smoked salmon, cream cheese, and scallion). At $5 to $10 per sushi roll, your tab can add up fast, but a bargain strategy involves the chef's choice combinations, in which you get 8 to 10 pieces for $20 to $24.
