The signature lobby fireplace looks a little ridiculous in Orlando, but the in-room amenities and proximity to Downtown Disney ( 1/2 mi away) make this hotel a good bet for either families or couples. For $120 you can book what the hotel calls a one-bedroom Country Kids Suite, with two beds, two TVs (one of which is hooked up for video games), a refrigerator, and a microwave. Pros: within walking distance of Downtown Disney; refrigerators in every room. Cons: no on-site restaurant; no room service.

This review is a bit over due.My family and I stayed here in June 2002. The room we expected was a 2 bedroom "suite" with the 1 bedroom with a king and 2 queens in the ajacent plus living room and kitchette. We recieved a king in the bedroom and sleeper sofa.So much for adult time with 3 kids.LOL! It was a very nice room just misrepresented by our travel site. The pool area was absoulutly wonderful, realaxing, and they didn't close us down till about 1am.Which was a good thing cuz by that time we made lots of new "friends"for the week and all kids were ready for bed by 11pm. It was "adult" relax after that.No roudy, stress,or loud.Breakfast was plentifull and clean. As a family of 5 and tables fit 4,other guests offered their exta chairs and help everyones kids. It was like a huge family on vacation. I will stay here again.
