The Chesterfield Palm Beach Review

A distinctly upper-crust northern European feel pervades the peach stucco walls and elegant rooms here; the hotel sits just north of the western end of Worth Avenue, and high tea, a cigar parlor, and daily turndown service recall a bygone, more refined era. The inviting rooms range from compact to spacious, and all have been redone and include plush upholstered chairs, original paintings, and marble baths. Settle on a leather couch near the cozy library's fireplace and peruse an international newspaper or classic book, or have a cigar in Churchill's, the only public smoking room on the island. Room keys here are brass, and maid service is twice-daily. A quiet area surrounds a large pool where you can relax, and the Leopard Lounge draws a convivial crowd. The courtyard café is a hit with locals and guests.
