Zoo Atlanta Review

This zoo has more than 1,500 animals and 200 species from around the world living in naturalistic habitats. The gorillas and tigers are always a hit, as are giant pandas named Yang Yang, Lun Lun, and Xi Lan. Children can ride the Nabisco Endangered Species Carousel and meet new friends at the petting zoo; the whole family can take a ride on the Georgia Natural Gas Blue Flame Express Train. To reach the zoo by car, take Interstate 20 east to Exit 59A and turn right on Boulevard. Follow the signs to the zoo, which is right near the Atlanta Cyclorama & Civil War Museum.

    Loved It!

    The living treehouse is a must-see!! The area is quaint and beautiful. Grant Park is a very pretty park full of nature in the heart of the city - wonderful victorian houses as well!
