No less stylish for being a former plow factory, this restaurant gleams with high-tech touches. Food Studio is known for innovative American dishes -- such as citrus-glazed black cod with warm soba-shiitake salad, baby bok choy, and vanilla-miso butter -- but has added a few more traditional dishes. Desserts range from the parfaitlike frozen lemon-basil bombe to the warm cherry tart with pistachio ice cream.
