Fodor's Review:

Indigo Girl Emily Saliers and three of her friends launched this casual restaurant in a converted gas station. Chef Scott Peacock, coauthor of The Gift of Southern Cooking, specializes in elegant takes on classic Southern fare: the planet's best shrimp salad, homemade pimento cheese with sharp cheddar, roasted or fried chicken, an outstanding chocolate cake, and Georgia pecan tart with a scrumptious shortbread crust. Also a wine bar, Watershed sells wine both retail in bottles and by the glass at the comfy bar. When she's not in the recording studio, Saliers makes a fine sommelier and loves to talk about wine.

Nice venue; good wine bar with a surprisingly diverse selection. The food is consistently good and occassionally really-good.
