$$$-$$$$, French, Buckhead
Fodor's Review:
Open spaces enclosed by warm, rough-brick walls characterize the attractive dining room at Toulouse. The food is inspired by the cooking of southwestern France, but in execution it clearly draws on some American influences -- particularly with dishes like the buffalo meat loaf with roasted tomatoes and wild mushrooms. The country potato soup is a perfect cold-weather meal. Especially wonderful are the roast chicken and the crème brûlée.
