Park 75

$$$-$$$$, American, Midtown

Fodor's Review:

Considered a jewel in the city's culinary crown, swanky Park 75 is the domain of Chef Robert Gerstenecker. He has created a seasonal menu that includes standouts like Beef Two Ways, a combination of Kobe short ribs and filet of Angus beef, served with fingerling potatoes. His made-to-order Sunday brunch, which changes weekly, is also popular. Reserve a table in the middle of the kitchen so you can observe the master at work while sampling a constant stream of delicacies. Each course is paired with an appropriate wine.
