This gourmet restaurant serves meals in two cozy dining rooms in the more-than-100-year-old lodge. Dishes are prepared with fresh herbs grown on the premises and local microgreens and produce. Entrées range from boneless fillet of rainbow trout and herb-crusted rack of New Zealand lamb to macadamia-crusted chicken breast. For lighter fare, try crab cakes, portobello mushrooms, sea scallops, or a variety of creative salads.
