$$-$$$, American, Historic District
Fodor's Review:
Firefly Cafe. Chef and owner Sharon Stinogel offers a fresh twist on Southern fare at this upbeat neigborhood spot, on the corner of Troup Square, in a cozy residential area. The menu has something for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans, and offers a myriad of salads with intriguing dressings (the lemon chicken is especially good), as well as flavorful pork chops with garlic mashed potatoes. The outdoor tables are often taken by couples with their dogs in tow -- perhaps that's because of the homemade dog biscuits.
