Savannah Music Festival Review
Georgia's largest and most acclaimed musical arts festival, the Savannah Music Festival brings together musicians and music lovers from around the world for more than two weeks' worth of unforgettable performances. The multigenre entertainment ranges from foot-stomping gospel to moody blues to classical to mainstream rock. Performances take place in Savannah's premier music venues, as well as nontraditional venues like area churches, industrial spaces, and even the rotunda of the Telfair Museum of Art. Festival honcho Rob Gibson spent several years with Jazz at Lincoln Center, so there is no shortage of amazing jazz players.
