Tucked away in a strip mall on the way out to Tybee Island, this relative newcomer to the local BBQ scene has become an instant favorite with locals. The pulled pork is moist and flavorful, and the brisket is the best you'll find outside Texas. Try the BBQ sampler, which is enough to feed two people, and will let you sample just about everything they make. The small space is intimate and friendly and the staff is like long-lost family. There are only a few tables though, so you may have to choose between waiting for a seat and grabbing something to go. Be aware that Wiley's will close early if they run out of barbecue—so it doesn't hurt to show up early.
