Mullet Bay Review

After 9 pm the older beach-bar crowd has this place hopping, and on weekends the bar and wraparound porches can be standing-room only until the wee hours. By day, however, this spacious and casual restaurant is great for families, serving a good selection of burgers, pastas, and salads. The kids' menu starts at $1.95. The platters of fried popcorn shrimp are delicious and perfect for sharing.

    Not a bad place to go and sit on their huge deck.

    Because this restaurant is located at the pier, it's a very popular and busy place. A wait is not uncommon for Mullet Bay. We prefer to sit outside on the deck to people watch on a nice day. There's a pretty good selection off of the menu. It's not just a burger joint, but they are very good. I usually get the Grilled Chicken over Fettucini which always fills me up.

    Fodor's is right about after 9pm. It's a popular hangout in the evening. A mix of locals and visitors fill this place up to mingle.
