Sashimi and sushi are lovingly prepared with the freshest possible fish (both from the ocean and from the numerous aqua farms on the island). The flounder, ahi, and abalone are not to be missed. Some equally delicious hot dishes include baked sea scallops and miso butterfish. The assortment of tropical drinks is tasty, as is the sinfully good chocolate fondue, served with an assortment of tropical fruits.
