Hale Hualalai. Near the artsy village of Holualoa, Hale Hualalai has four suites with exposed beams, hardwood floors, hot tubs, and private lanai. Perhaps the most memorable aspect of Hale Hualalai is the food -- owner Lonn Armour was a professional chef for 20 years, and cooks up a breakfast that puts other B&B offerings to shame.
