Fodor's Review:

The name says it all. Sombat Parente uses only the freshest local ingredients to prepare authentic and tasty Thai treats like pumpkin curry, spring rolls with lime sauce, and green papaya salad. In fact, many of the items on the menu come directly from Sombat's own garden. Their weekday lunch plate special is a steal ($6 for an entrée plus rice and salad, $7 for two entrée choices, and $8 for three). And if you can't leave the island without it, Sombat's infamous pad thai sauce is available to take home in jars.

Very good in every way. Excellent chicken satay, Tom Yum soup, curry dishes. You will not be disappointed! The restaurant closes for one month late June - July.
