Fodor's Review:
It's not the best Mexican food you've ever had, but if you're in Hilo and you're jonesing for some chile verde, Reuben's has got you pretty well covered. You could make a meal out of their warm chips and salsa alone, and they're known for pouring a stiff margarita. Fancy? No. Authentic? Mas o menos (more or less). Sometimes you just want a greasy plate of nachos and a margarita.

We really enjoyed the Margaritas, chips & salsa. They make a delicious garlic butter shrimp. The salsa verde is awesome! Kid friendly too!RATING: 5.0
