Fodor's Review:

If you just can't make it to Chinatown, or if you want an English-spoken-here Chinese experience complete with an ocean view and -- on some days -- charming fortune teller, this lagoon-side hotel restaurant is the place. An expansive menu crosses regional boundaries in both à la carte and multi-course choices. Imperial Peking duck and Imperial beggar's chicken (whole chicken wrapped in lotus leaves and baked in a clay pot) must be ordered 24 hours in advance.
