You really can't get any closer to the beach than this: a local landmark, this lofty (by Lahaina standards), seven-story rental property offers panoramic ocean and mountain views for a reasonable price considering the location. Most units are studios, but there are deluxe one-bedroom suites on the first floor that open right onto a beachfront lawn and penthouses on the top floors that have a dining area and an extra bathroom. All have fully equipped kitchens and large, private lanai. Newer enhancements include the building's refurbished, historic plantation-style exterior and ceramic tile floor treatments on each condo's outdoor lanai. The units are individually owned and many of them have been refreshed with new furniture and upgraded kitchens. You can enter the shopping village next door through a private entrance for access to a spa, restaurants, and shops, or take a short stroll to the action in the center of Lahaina town.
