Morton Arboretum

Gardens / Arboretums, Lisle

Fodor's Review:

Take a quiet hike around the Morton Arboretum, full of woodlands, wetlands, and display gardens. Trees, shrubs, and vines flower year-round, but in spring the flowering trees are particularly spectacular. You can drive your car through some of the grounds, but we think it's much nicer to walk. There are lots of trails to take, and most take about 15 to 30 minutes. Don't miss the Daffodil Glade in early spring. Tours are scheduled most Sunday afternoons.
