Spertus Museum Review
This museum addresses an intellectual puzzle: What does it mean to be Jewish in the modern world? Exhibitions of contemporary art and traditional ritual objects are joined by an ongoing series of public programs and cultural events. The Open Depot Collection Display features 1,500 Jewish objects. Visitors can examine their cross-cultural influences and learn about the objects' history, aesthetics, and functions; there's also a large Children's Center.
