Aria Review

Can't decide between Korean, Chinese, or Indonesian? Take your globe-trotting taste buds to Aria, which roams the world's larder with abandon: Asian-inspired tuna sashimi, free-range chicken breast seasoned with Indonesian spices, Thai-inspired Maryland striped sea bass, Mongolian lamb rib, and pork and shiitake dumplings with cognac hoisin. Among generous freebies, tandoori-baked naan bread with Indian-inspired dipping sauces arrives before the meal, and a trio of exotically spiced potatoes comes with the entrées. In the convivial lounge, a full sushi bar also caters to adventurous appetites.
