Fodor's Review:
Built in 1888 and initially the home of the Franklin Company, a printing concern, this building has intricate decoration. The tile work on the facade leads up to The First Impression -- a medieval scene illustrating the first application of the printer's craft. Above the entryway is a motto: the excellence of every art must consist in the complete accomplishment of its purpose.
