Fodor's Review:
On Carpenter Street between Randolph Street and Washington Boulevard is Harpo Studios, the taping site for Oprah Winfrey's talk show. The studio isn't open to tours, and tickets to the show can be near-impossible to score, so a stop here isn't much more than a fun photo op. However, if you're a die-hard Oprah fan and want to attempt to get tickets, here's what you need to know: The show books audiences only for the current and following month. When you call -- and if you're lucky enough to get through -- a staffer will give you the taping schedule and a list of available dates. You can reserve up to four seats for any one taping (all attendees must be at least 18). If you can't get tickets in advance, check the Web site for occasional last-minute tickets via e-mail.
