Green City Market Review
On Wednesday and Saturday mornings from May to October, the market takes over a large swath of grass at the south end of Lincoln Park. In addition to farmstands showcasing locally grown produce and sustainably raised meat, there are food booths and cooking demonstrations by local celebrity chefs. From November through April, an indoor incarnation of the market goes up every Saturday in the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum's South Gallery, at 2430 North Cannon Drive.
