Fodor's Review:
Phoenix softens you up with second-floor picture-window views that frame the Loop skyline. Just when you're most vulnerable, it develops the food punch -- and it's a pretty good one, too. The dim sum, dispensed from rolling carts daily from 8 AM to 3 PM, is a big draw (servers often don't speak English; just smile and point at what you want). Arrive before noon on the weekends or stew as you wait. and wait.
