T'Frere's House Review
Built in 1880 of native cypress and handmade bricks, "little brother's house" has been a bed-and-breakfast since 1985. The Acadian-style house with Victorian trim is furnished with French and Louisiana antiques; additional accommodations are in an Acadian-style cottage behind the main house. You are greeted with a complimentary "T'julep" and "Cajun canapés," hors d'oeuvres made with boudin. The Cajun breakfast combines regional ingredients with traditional Southern cuisine. The friendly owners are available to help guests with tour bookings.
