Staying in one of these nine rooms is like subletting a seriously stylish apartment—each has a different size and layout, but they're also quite spacious. Inside a refurbished warehouse, each room has a huge flat-screen TV, a window that's nearly floor-to-ceiling, lots of exposed brick, and streamlined, minimalist furnishings; most also have have full kitchens so you can try your hand at Cajun cooking, and a washer and dryer.
