Fodor's Review:
Harp is the place for a crowded, rollicking atmosphere, just outside North Station and the TD Banknorth Garden. Although technically an Irish pub, the Harp is a three-story megabar that serves postgame or concert crowds, sports fans, and ticketless night owls wanting to be close to the action.
