They know they've got a captive audience, so maybe that's why they've got a bit of an attitude at this soaring Hilton hotel. If you can get past the indifferent-bordering-on-rude service, you'll do fine here. The location is good if you're looking for proximity to Logan Airport -- there's a skywalk to terminals A and E. Rooms have granite countertops in the baths and desks with ergonomic chairs. There's an unremarkable restaurant and an Irish pub on the premises, along with a gym where a security guard presides. Pros: Easy access to Logan Airport, competitive prices, health club with steam room is a great place to unwind. Cons: Uninterested staff, extras like Internet access and parking can add up.

I flew into Boston and spent the night there before traveling down to Connecticut for business. The hotel couldn't have been nicer. The rooms were huge and very well priced. I stayed in the middle of the week however so that might have helped with the rates. The concierge was helpful and Connolly's Pub was excellent.
