Tory Row

Tory Row Review

A clean, minimalist vibe defines this casual eatery just about smack dab on Harvard Square. A street-facing wall of windows makes people-watching a worthwhile distraction. Three long black bar tables surrounded by brushed aluminum bar stools are set at the center of the dining room, encouraging side-by-side seating with strangers; about 10 tables are set alongside two walls for the less gregacious. Breakfast and brunch items include steak and egg tacos, french toast, and Greek yogurt with fruit; order a mimosa or sangria for a refreshing kick. For lunch and dinner some tasty sandwiches are served, such as turkey meat loaf topped with smoked bacon and served on artisan bread, while baked rigatoni and grilled salmon whet larger appetites. There's a smallish yet varied wine list and a handful of craft beer on tap. Service is low-key yet friendly and attentive.
