Chapoquoit Grill Review
Comfortable and bustling, this unassuming local favorite has an Italian slant, starting with creative pastas and wood-fired pizzas. The long list of daily specials might include wood-grilled duck with orange-molasses glaze or sirloin with a tamarind-mango glaze. A fireplace and coral-color walls make the front room intimate, and the larger rear dining room seems vaguely tropical (with a palm tree in the middle). Half portions of many entrées are available for those with smaller appetites. Expect daunting waits on summer weekends.
